This policy explains what happens to your information when you use this website and order from FYLAIR.
This website
This site is a static website. It has no user accounts, no login and no server-side database of visitors. Nothing you type into the search box or the order builder is sent to FYLAIR by the website itself.
Your order list
The items you add to an order are stored only in your own browser, using local storage. They stay on your device, are not transmitted anywhere automatically, and are cleared when you clear your browser data.
When you send an order, your browser opens WhatsApp with a prefilled message. From that point the conversation happens in WhatsApp, and WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply. FYLAIR receives the phone number and message you send, and any details you share in that conversation.
What FYLAIR uses your information for
Order details shared on WhatsApp are used to confirm availability, agree a meeting point and complete your order.
Analytics
This site loads Google Tag Manager, which is a container for measurement tags. On its own it sets no cookies and identifies nobody. Any measurement or advertising tag placed inside it that would set a cookie runs only after you agree to it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information held about you, and to object to its processing.
