Terms of Service

These terms describe how ordering from FYLAIR works. FYLAIR sells selected travel essentials for delivery to an agreed public meeting point at Istanbul Airport.

What FYLAIR is

FYLAIR is an independent retailer of travel essentials. It is not an airline, an airport operator, a courier company or a payment service, and it has no affiliation with Istanbul Airport or any airline.

How ordering works

You choose products on this website and send your order through WhatsApp. No account, registration or online payment is used. Your order is only confirmed once FYLAIR replies to you on WhatsApp and confirms current availability.

Prices and delivery

Prices are shown in euros and include airport delivery. There is no separate delivery fee. The minimum order value is €75.

Delivery time

The 30–45 minute window shown on this site is an estimate, not a guarantee. Actual delivery time depends on traffic, availability and the agreed meeting time, and is confirmed with you on WhatsApp.

Handover

Orders are handed over in person at an agreed public meeting point at Istanbul Airport, outside restricted areas. FYLAIR does not deliver beyond the security checkpoint, or to any location that requires a boarding pass.

Availability

Product listings on this site do not guarantee stock. Current availability is confirmed on WhatsApp before your order is prepared.

Cancellation and returns

Because orders are arranged individually over WhatsApp, cancellation and return arrangements are agreed directly in that conversation, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

Product information

Product descriptions are provided in good faith. Where technical specifications matter to you, confirm them on WhatsApp before ordering. Airline rules on items such as lithium batteries and cabin baggage vary; check with your airline before you travel.
